How it works
It feels the machine run.
Every running machine shakes a little, and that motion is called vibration. A sensor is a small wireless device that measures it, along with how warm the machine runs.

Every so often, the sensor sends its readings by radio to a gateway, a small box on your site. The gateway passes them on to Vibren.

First, it learns what’s normal.
A doctor learns your resting heartbeat before judging a change in it. Vibren does the same with each machine, learning its normal over about a week of running.

Then the app gives one word.
After that, Vibren compares each new reading with the machine’s own normal and with general limits for that kind of machine. Those rules set the word and the date, not AI.

How you get started
You install Vibren yourself, and we do the planning before your kit arrives.

Send photos
Take two of each machine, one of the whole machine and one of the spot where a sensor could go. We review them and put a plan for your site in the app.

Receive your kit
Your sensors arrive ready to set up in the app.

Fit the sensors
Stop the machine and lock it out under your site’s safety procedure, then place each sensor on its marked spot. The app walks you through each step.

Let it learn
Each machine needs about a week of running before Vibren gives it a grade.
No one from Vibren comes to your site, but if you get stuck, you can message us from the app.
Who it’s for
- Plants and workshops that depend on rotating machines like fans, pumps, motors, gearboxes and conveyors. It’s built for teams without a vibration specialist on staff, or with one who is stretched thin.
- Compressors, presses, crushers and mills need a closer look from us before we can say yes.
- It isn’t for hazardous (classified) areas, or for teams that don’t use iPhones or iPads.
Vibren doesn’t predict failures and doesn’t repair machines. It reports what it sees, and it tells you when it can’t judge.
When can I use Vibren?
Not yet. Vibren is in testing, and we don’t have a date to share.
Do I need an expert to install it?
No vibration specialist is needed. Anyone allowed to stop and lock out the machine under your site’s procedure can fit the sensors, with the app guiding each step.
What does it measure?
It measures how much each machine is shaking and how warm it runs, and each sensor also reports how much battery it has left.
What data do you collect?
The sensor readings, plus the notes, photos and voice notes your team adds in the app, and the email address you sign in with. It’s stored on servers in the United States.
Does it replace an engineer?
No. It shows which machines have changed and what to check first, but a person still looks at the machine, makes the call and does the work.
What machines is it for?
Rotating machines such as fans, blowers, pumps, motors, gearboxes and conveyors. Compressors, presses, crushers and mills need a closer look from us first.

Want Vibren at your site?
